A number of Leeds United players were in action for their respective countries on Tuesday evening, with several Whites making notable contributions across senior and youth international football.

From goals and assists to clean sheets and full-match appearances, it was another busy night of international action for Leeds players.

Nico Elvedi enjoyed one of the standout evenings of the night, scoring as Switzerland secured a 3-0 victory over Scotland in the UEFA Nations League.

The Leeds United centre-back played the full 90 minutes at Hampden Park and helped Switzerland keep a clean sheet, while also getting himself on the scoresheet.

Elvedi doubled Switzerland's advantage during the second half, adding a goal to an already impressive defensive display as the visitors secured another convincing victory.

The 29-year-old was composed throughout the game, completing 95% of his passes and recording 124 passes in total. He also made four clearances, five recoveries and one interception, while winning all four of his ground duels.

It continues an impressive international window for Elvedi, who also started Switzerland's 3-0 victory over North Macedonia earlier in the break.

Jaka Bijol also completed the full 90 minutes as Slovenia recorded a 2-0 victory over North Macedonia.

The Leeds defender started at centre-back and helped his country secure a second consecutive clean sheet, having also featured in Slovenia's goalless draw with Scotland earlier in the international window.

Bijol was particularly influential defensively, recording 10 defensive contributions — the joint-most in the match — as Slovenia secured all three points.

The result gives Slovenia their first Nations League win of the campaign following their opening draw against Scotland.

James Trafford started in goal for England as the Three Lions recorded a 2-0 victory over Czechia.

The Leeds United goalkeeper kept a clean sheet as England secured three points in their latest Nations League fixture.

For Trafford, it represents another senior international appearance as he continues to establish himself within England's squad.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin was also part of Thomas Tuchel's squad for the game, but the Leeds striker remained an unused substitute throughout the 2-0 victory.

Ilia Gruev was another Leeds player to complete the full match, featuring for all 90 minutes as Bulgaria were held to a 0-0 draw by Estonia.

The midfielder started in the heart of Bulgaria's midfield and played the entire contest as both sides failed to find a breakthrough.

The result sees Bulgaria take a point from the fixture, with Gruev continuing to gain valuable minutes for his country during the international window.

Jean-Mattéo Bahoya made his mark for France U21, scoring to put Les Bleus 2-0 ahead against Estonia U21.

The Leeds winger continued his involvement at youth international level after featuring in France's previous fixture against Iceland. France entered the game sitting at the top of their European Under-21 Championship qualifying group.

Bahoya's goal adds another attacking contribution to his international campaign and gives the 21-year-old further confidence heading back to club football.

Harry Gray also contributed for England U19 earlier in the day, registering an assist as the Young Lions faced Norway.

The Leeds youngster, currently developing his football away from Elland Road, was named in England's U19 squad for their September and October international fixtures and has continued to be involved at youth level.

Gray's assist provides another positive moment for the forward during the international break and adds to a productive period with England's youth setup.
