Leeds United returned to training at Thorp Arch on Thursday as preparations continued for Sunday's away trip to Newcastle United.
Gabriel Gudmundsson, who was assessed for a minor hamstring issue after the Manchester City match, took part in the full session and is expected to be available for selection.
Joel Piroe continued his individual rehabilitation programme away from the main group, with the club maintaining their previously stated three-week timeline for his return.
Daniel Farke is expected to name his matchday squad on Saturday afternoon.
