Leeds United's first season back in the Premier League has been a success by most measures, but a closer look at squad depth points to three areas Daniel Farke will want strengthened before the club's second top-flight campaign.

The clearest need is at right-back, where injury to Jayden Bogle earlier in the season left Leeds short of natural cover and forced a makeshift solution in midfield.

A backup striker capable of leading the line in Joel Piroe's absence is the second priority, with Mateo Joseph's continued development offering encouragement but not yet a guarantee of Premier League-standard output over a full season.

Finally, depth at centre-back remains thin beyond the first-choice pairing, an issue that would be badly exposed by a single serious injury during a congested run of fixtures.
